IT & Telecoms Support Engineer

An exciting opportunity for a natural geek to work as a first-line support engineer, providing great service to our clients.

You will be:

Role includes:

  • Act as an initial point of contact for customers. Ensuring that all communications to the desk, phone calls, e-mails etc. are answered promptly and in a professional and courteous manner,
  • Log all work to be done on the ticketing system,
  • Follow agreed procedures to enable effective service and support delivery responsibilities across a number of IT service functions
  • Be responsible for general incident management ensuring customers are provided with regular updates, and progression is made in line with Service Level Targets
  • Ensure that all actions and diagnostics performed within life-cycle of incident is recorded accurately in the ticketing system
  • Assessing & monitoring our various systems
  • Desk support to clients and on-site work if necessary.

Business Development Executive

A need has arisen for an ambitious Business Development & Account Executive to join our growing team - the successful candidate will be:

  • Taking ownership, under the supervision of the Sales Director, to drive and manage new business development initiatives and compiling intelligent data for reporting back effective progress.
  • Making and following through on effective recommendations to improve company sales processes from prospects to upselling existing clients.
  • Pitching for new business.
  • Attending meetings with existing and prospect clients
  • Taking ownership to coordinate work across teams for select accounts and general account management responsibilities.
