Christoph
Technical Director
Having founded the company in 2004, Christoph has developed throughout the evolution of VoIP. He is well placed to help identify the component parts of any communications solutions for clients and is frquently on board decisions relating to business moves.
When not working Christoph is a keen sailor with a Yachtmaster Coastal qualification, and at a local Amateur Dramatics level can be found directing and acting.

Sales Director
With over 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience Mark has seen the evolution of telecommunications and is a perfect person to identify the right package(s) for our valued clients, able to explain things in a very non-technical way.

Vicks
Accounts
With a background in project and event management, Vicks has worked at Hive since 2009 and runs the accounts department. She also oversees the day-to-day running of the business to ensure it’s run as smoothly and effectively as possible.
Outside work, Vicks loves cycling, walking and being with friends and family – usually with food and drink involved! -
Faris
Server & Linux Guru
Following a previous reincarnation as a journalist, Faris turned his attention to all things server-related. He has forgotten more about servers and their software than most people have ever known. He ensures the smooth running of our server infrastructure including all-important security and domain/email backup solutions.

Mara
Stress Relief
Mara works almost full time, with her eyes closed. When she’s awake, she loves lunchtime walks in the gorgeous Wiltshire countryside by our office and couriers with dog biscuits. She knows she’s one lucky dog!
