Advice on employee engagement and internal communications

Our strategy is based on three elements:

  1. We will audit your current communications to identify what works, and what doesn't. We will produce full management reports to help identify the core issues and possible solutions

  2. We will work with you, your staff and your senior management teams to design long-term solutions to encourage engagement across your organisation.

  3. We will implement any elements of the project design you wish to put in place, from establishing staff forums, working groups and town hall meetings through to running your internal magazine, newsletters or suggestion schemes.
